This photo gallery has been assembled from the picture collections of the adult children of Russell Bannister, Loren Bannister, and Marcia Bannister Stidley. In some cases, the photographs had a name or date on the back. More often, there was no data with the photographs and so names and years were assigned through a collaboration of Brian Bannister and Sharon Seedall. In situations where identity is not certain, a qualifier (such as: likely, probable, or ?) has been added. In cases where the year was estimated, a lower case 'e' will follow the year.
To save space, most individuals are identified by their first name only. Please consult the Key to Photograph Names for more information if the identity of the person is not obvious from the first name.
All of the photographs have been scanned at very high resolution, consequently each web page will take about 30 seconds to fully load. The photographs are displayed in a small size to fit more on a page. You can view a picture in its full size and highest resolution by downloading it. Right-click or ctrl-click a picture and select 'Save Image As' to download it.
